For further information we have placed maps of the region and area at the bottom of the page.

Coming From Oregon
We will again be running a Impac Services charter bus service from Portland to the conference. As those of you who took the bus in 2007 found out, the bus trip didn't only save you the cost of tank of gasoline, and parking, and the wear and tear on yourself and your vehicle ... it included breakfast and dinner. The bus will be running again in 2008. Be sure, when you register, to indicate your desire to take the bus and we will contact you to confirm.

Below the maps at the bottom of the page you will find links to local hotels. We are going to work out discount pricing.

Coming From Vancouver, British Columbia
The Impac Services charter bus from Portland Oregon was so successful we are going to work on arranging a bus from your area to and from the conference. This section will be updated in the Spring with the details.

Below the maps at the bottom of the page you will find links to local hotels. We are going to work out discount pricing.

Flying In
If you are flying into the Puget Sound (Seattle) area for the conference you will want to make arrangements to get to the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

Bellevue Washington, where the conference is being held, is approximately 20 minutes drive from the airport. A tax ride will cost approximately $40 each way.

It is best to stay at a hotel near the conference rather than by the airport and during weekdays the commute can take 45 to 60 minutes.
